Portable toilet carrying flatbeds

Our flatbed trailers have been specially designed by New World Toilets Ltd. to carry portable toilets easily and safely. They have a low bed height for ease of loading. The standard set up comprises a twin axle, three tonne gross weight arrangement with a fixed front, rear and off-side frame. An optional removable centre rail (as shown above) is also available depending on your requirements.

Our standard trailer models are as follows;
20' x 7'6'' (6.10 x 2.30m) 3000kg gross weight, twin axle model
23' x 7'6'' (7.00 x 2.30m) 3000kg gross weight, twin axle model

Variations are available on these dimensions as well as an upgrade to a 3500kg triple axle unit as shown above.

Standard specification

Fully welded construction then galvanised.
Low bed height, approx 650mm.
Full beam galvanised, rubber torsion axles.
Cast coupling supplied with either 40mm eye or a 50mm ball, with serrated jockey wheel.
All trailers are fittted with 195/50 R13 tyres.
14mm rope hooks are welded all around the trailer for use in securing the portable toilets.
Full 12v road legal lighting (24v on commercial spec).
18mm resin bonded phenolic plywood floor.
Fixed framework for headboard, offside and rear.
Twin axle at 3000kg gross weight.

Optional

Front mounted toolbox.
Ratchet straps for securing loads.
Trailer security including coupling locks, wheel clamps etc.
Removable centre rail.
Triple axle for 3500kg gross weight for increased capacity.
Commercial spec. Width at 2.5m. Only for vehicles with a gross weight of over 3500kg.
